In many ways the Helen/David thing is very much
like the Helen/Doug thing, though David is probably a bit more
tolerable to a lot of you. I mean... This strip could've happened between
Helen and Doug quite easily. It did to a degree when I made the joke
about the restaurant waaaay back when Helen and Doug went on
